Shipping and Delivery

**Depending on the location of your item being shipped out and the destination, it may take up to 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

To assure that your package is delivered on time and that your package is received according to the advertised time frames, please make sure that all your information are accurate and entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Processing Time*

All orders can take up to 3 business days processing time that is separate and apart from the shipping process. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

Orders are process as they are received, payment authorization and verification are required prior to fulfillment, standard orders can still take 3 business days to process excluding weekends or holidays.

Shipping Within 3-10 Business Days
Your order should be shipped within 3 to 10 business days following the order confirmation.

Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

Return Policy

In making a purchase through our store, you agree to the refund policy as set out below. Please also read our Shipping Policy carefully as shipping times may vary depending on your state and city.

At PinoyCustom LLC, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please be assured that we take extra care to ensure that all our customers receive their items on time, and we will do our best to ensure that your order reaches your address promptly. Please understand that while we take every effort to minimize delays, sometimes factors beyond our control (i.e., peak seasons, delivery strikes) may affect delivery times.

Please note that we provide tracked shipping for all items ordered through us, so you would be able to track your items in real time as it speeds through the delivery network. You would receive an email together with your tracking number when your item is handled over to the delivery courier.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would to like to return your item(s), please send it back to our Return Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • Items must be within the 14 days period of the delivery date.
  • Return for non-delivery of item(s)
    • 1a For items going to U.S. or Canada, we will issue you a full refund if:
      • (i) You have not received your item 6 weeks after the order date; and
      • (ii) The tracking for your items shows that the item has not been delivered to your address.
    • Items must  must be free of stains and undamaged.
      • 2a. Our customer service and evaluation teams may, in their sole discretion, take the following course of action:
        • (i) Provide a full refund if the item arrives badly damaged or is significantly not as described;
        • (ii) Provide a partial refund if the item is partially damaged during shipment or is not as described; or
        • (iii) Provide no refund.
    • Sale items are final and are not refundable.
      • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
      • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
        • *If items are not reported within the time frame, we will not issue refund.
      • Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing.
        • *You may experience delays in processing, if information provided are inaccurate.
      • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Return Center or corporate office.

      *PinoyCustom LLC, reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for clearance or stale items. 

      REFUNDS WHEN PAID WITH PAYPAL
      If you paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

       

      PinoyCustom, LLC does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center. PinoyCustom, LLC is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by PinoyCustom, LLC. PinoyCustom, LLC does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

      Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unaltered and unwashed. If you choose to return a clearance item, PinoyCustom, LLC reserves the right to apply a restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in resalable condition.

      All our customers are protected by our buyer protection and refund policy (“Refund Policy“) when you make a purchase through us. If you do not receive your item by the stipulated timeframe in our Refund Policy, we will make a full refund for your purchase.

      *You agree that a decision made by our customer service and evaluation teams under the Refund Policy shall be final and binding.

      Limitation on Liability
      In making a purchase from us, you agree that our total liability to you under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid for your item.

      Please note that we take an objective view when evaluating customer complaints, and our customer evaluation teams reserve the right to make a final decision on the refund amount in accordance with clause 2a of the refund policy. Please understand that we take extra care to ensure that you receive quality items, and we have a stringent process in place to ensure quality checks.


      PinoyCustom Content Standards

      PinoyCustom will only print designs that meet these criterias:

      • Does not constitute libel or fraud or otherwise violate the law
      • Does not encourage violence or abuse against groups or individuals—including through dehumanization—with potential violence exceptions for authorized US military activities
      • Does not depict graphic violence, including self-harm, with potential exceptions for select historical images
      • Does not constitute or include “hate speech,” i.e., abusive, threatening, or demeaning words, symbols, or images on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation
      • Does not violate the intellectual property rights of others 
      • Does not encourage hatred or harassment of private individuals (as opposed to public figures), no matter the reason
      • Does not threaten or encourage physical harassment of public figures or their families or depict them in a discriminatory manner
      • Does not promote, feature, or encourage the use of hard drugs
      • Does not feature explicit sexual content or nudity of a non-artistic/health/medical nature
      • Does not include sexually suggestive images or text involving children
      • Does not Encourage animal abuse or cruelty, as typically defined by law

      All designs are subject to approval, we will cancel and refund orders that violates our content standards.

      Satisfaction Guarantee

      If you are not satisfied with the finished product, we offer a hassle-free exchange where you can return the item(s) and we will reprint and ship you a new one as soon as we get confirmation.

      *Items will need to comply with our return policy section 2a.
